About the 49er Rally
Since 1972 the 49er Rally has brought together BMW motorcycle enthusiasts for a Memorial Day Weekend of riding, camaraderie, and adventure in the Sierra Nevada foothills near Yosemite National Park. Now in its 54th year, the rally draws 500+ riders from across the western United States and beyond.
The rally is an all-brands-welcome event organized by the BMW Club of Northern California (BMW NorCal), one of the largest and most active BMW motorcycle clubs in the country. Attendees enjoy group rides through Gold Country, rider training courses, tech seminars, competitions, live entertainment, vendor row, and world-class camping at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds.
